Lark Hill Retirement Village
Works are nearing completion on this £35 million retirement village for The ExtraCare Charitable Trust.
Hulme Upright were commissioned for the provision of architectural design services for the construction of an older persons retirement village with 255no. 1/2 bed apartments and 72no. 1/2 bed bungalows with communal village facilities and associated parking.
Works started on site in January 2007 and are due for completion in Summer 2009.
