Number Seven Apartment Block
The project was to redevelop the site, formerly a haulage company, into an eighteen unit apartment building which was a mixture of two, three & four storeys with secure parking comprising two bedroom apartments.
The development comprises a wide pallet of materials such as red brickwork, white render, natural cedar boarding and galvanised steel Juliet balconies.
Overall contract value was circa £1 million and the project was completed in 2007, under a traditional contract.
