Lee Grady

Lee joined Hulme Upright during October 1995 having held positions as a Technologist with Lloyds Bank Plc, London and with local practices. He has experience in the education, industrial, leisure, residential and commercial sectors together with high street bank refurbishment and health authorities. 

Having held the position of Associate within the Practice since 2002, Lee has now progressed to become a Director of the Practice, and carries practice wide responsibility for the learning and development of staff, contractual administration, and is the Practice risk manager and as such is the principal contact for professional indemnity insurance.

Lee has particular strengths in leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high quality design solutions within a range of development typoligies and amongst other contacts, Lee has lead the New Wedgwood Museum project for the Wedgwood Museum Trust; Extensions to Crewe Hall Hotel, Cheshire; Extensions to Production Units for Marley Eternit Madeley, Cheshire; New Production Units for Dudson Limited, Staffordshire and has recently completed a new extension to the Moorland Building for National Savings & Investments at their Blackpool complex.
